The Hiveworks Team
Our colleague, boss, co-founder and friend, James Wheatley, sadly passed on Friday 15th of April 2016. Always a gentleman and a deeply warm person. Honest and true to his Yorkshire origins, he was ever-ready with an easy smile and a joke up his sleeve which he would deliver with a cheeky laugh. James is greatly missed and will remain a role model for all Hiveworkers, as well as all those who knew him.

Following eight years in Orange, playing various roles in sales, marketing, strategy and digital, Pierre became CEO of Orange Digital - the internal digital agency of Orange. Following a two-year spell developing the company Pierre led a management buyout to create Hiveworks, a buzzing, mid-size agency that creates great customer experiences. Outside of work Pierre enjoys playing board games with his three kids and cycling on the roads of Ile de Ré.
The true internationalist, Maria is an exuberant Venezuelan living in London who’s married to a Northern Irish man. Her background is in events management, but she’s now the office manager at Hiveworks. She loves cooking all types of foods, and has lately been experimenting with the delights of spicy vegetarian cuisine. Maria is usually the centre of organising the away days and anything fun around the office.
